1 General Provisions & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bs888 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the bs888 website located at https://bs888.cam, including all services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

3 Account Security & Player Responsibilities

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

4.1 Currency. All financial transactions on bs888 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction amounts are displayed and processed in Philippine Peso.

6 Game Rules & Platform Use

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. 8.3 Third-Party Content. 9 Limitation of Liability

9.3 Exclusions. bs888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bs888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. 12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute relating to your use of the bs888 Platform, you are encouraged to contact bs888 customer support in the first instance. bs888 will endeavor to resolve disputes informally and in good faith within a reasonable period.

12.3 PAGCOR Arbitration. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally between the Player and bs888, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures. Players also retain the right to bring claims before the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.4 Jurisdiction. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the bs888 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13 Amendments & Termination

13.1 Amendments. bs888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the mobile number or account notification system associated with their registered account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the bs888 website. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of these Terms.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the bs888 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

13.3 Account Termination by Player. You may close your bs888 account at any time by submitting a closure request via the account settings panel or through customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and all bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied or forfeited. bs888 will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe.
